Jerky Justice takes the privacy of Customer's information very seriously. We will never release your personal information, unless it’s to verify your credentials from or with third parties including financial institutions, identification verification agencies and credit reference agencies, for the purposes of us providing the Services to you. All information collected and processed during registration and the sites use is purely for the sites functionality as detailed below. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Non-Personal Information which is being collected includes the user's aggregated usage information Some of our business partners (e.g., Google Analytics, Third Party Advertisers, etc…) use cookies on our site. We have no access to or control over these cookies. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by Jerky Justice only and does not cover the use of cookies by any third-party.

(ii) Personal Information

 The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual ("Personal Information").

We collect the following Personal Information from you when you register for the Jerky Justice Service:

 -Full Name, email, address, phone number

The information we collect during registration is solely for Jerky Justice’ internal use.

This contact information is never shared with third parties and is solely collected for communication between us and our Customers. Customers are freely able to update and modify their personal information from their profile page once registered.

We will not knowingly collect Personal Information of children.

If you are engaging in any transaction with a fee, you may be required to provide credit card or debit card details. In order to protect against potential fraud and to comply with applicable laws, the information you provide to us may be verified with third parties. In the course of such verification, Jerky Justice sends to and/or receives personally identifiable information about you from such services. Certain third parties may retain your personal information and may use it in the future to assist other companies with identity verification.

How Is The Data Used?

All financial payments received and issued on by Jerky Justice are done so through an external merchant, therefore details such as card information is handled directly by them, privacy policies are openly available on their website, we are happy to direct you should require this information.

 How do we safeguard your information?

Jerky Justice makes best efforts to use security methods and encryptions when handling sensitive data (i.e., handle the user data securely, including transmitting it via modern cryptography, only storing encrypted passwords).

 Updates or Amendments to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy Policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" heading. Your continued use of the Service, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgement and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
